Speed

The BPP Youth Speed and Agility class is a program for young athletes led by experienced coaches. Participants of different ages and skill levels work to improve their speed and performance through dynamic drills and exercises. In addition to physical training, the program emphasizes leadership development, instilling discipline, teamwork, and resilience.

Strength

At BPP, we focus on key muscle groups and proper form to help students build a solid foundation for improved performance. As they advance through our program, they will enhance their physical abilities and boost their confidence..

Agility

BPP Youth Speed and Agility class is tailored for kids to improve their agility, speed, and athleticism. Twice every week, youth come together at BPP for a lively session that includes dynamic warm-ups and a variety of agility drills. These activities aim to develop participants' coordination, balance, and quickness.
